Mission
Our specialized team provides you with free comprehensive support: accompaniment, guidance, and comfortable transfer by wheelchair or electric cart.
Scope
The service covers your journey from the meeting point in public areas to the boarding gate (departures) and from the disembarkation gate to the public area (arrivals).
Who is it for?
This service is exclusively for passengers with limited mobility due to:
- Physical disability (permanent or temporary).
- Elderly passengers.
- Sensory difficulties or any other condition requiring special attention for air travel.
